Forget the Hammond Hammond Law!!!!!!!!!!!!Most of these are very technical. Always believe for the things that really exist. There are so many foreign nurses here in the US who are on H1b (working visa). In our hospital, we have 4 pinay nurses who are on H1b and currently under petition by our employer toward Immigrant visa.
