well my friend lot of rubbish and non sense. the CIR will not allocate visa to family such as wife/ husband and son and daughter. the tragedy is that nurses will only be allowed working visa for 2 years non renewble. this working visa will depend on how may point you have. as may thousand will apply, those with more points will be provided the visa first. in this process nurses will be lost. understand that nurses are no longer required in usa. for 7 months they have being coping .
do not fool people , be realistic and do not push people in costly preparation for usa when you are not sure to have a visa. this is the real world and plz do not dream.
