after nclex and ielts, you need a cgfns visascreen certificate. apply thru website of cgfns. processing time is 3 to 4 months if documents are complete.
after getting a visascreen, find a US employer who will petition your immigration to work as a nurse in the US.
When you're granted a US immigrant or work visa, you can start to work. But, as to when that would happen to you depends on you, your employer and the US immigration department.
