FORWADING IELTS RESULTS

I was to forward my IELTS results for ICHP sa British Council when they asked me for my CG number. I have made an account sa CG pero I havent received any CG number. I only have the Order Number. NCLEX + IELTS lang po ako. Now I have these questions:

1. Where can I get my CG number?
2. Is it the same with the order number?
3. How long do I need to wait before I receive any e-mail or word from CG that they have received my papers?
