IMHO she's just being realistic, if you don't like what she's saying then just ignore her.
I've always gotten straight to the point answers from allnurses and most of them know what they're talkin about. For the meantime just continue on with what you're doing right now, take nclex and ielts, process visa screen.Who knows by the time you're done US is already open for nurses.
And I don't think a post in allnurses would ruin a nurses' dream, come on you should know better.
