IELTS one week to schedule 2-3 weeks for the result
PETITION 1-3 months for work authorization the 3 months plus for the greencard.
Retrogression - you cannot be petitioned during this time. Lifted as of now... but maybe on again... there's still hope because they said next retrogression will exempt Philippines and Taiwan... pray for this
