Ay naku guys nakaka depress talaga mag apply dito lalo if you are a 2nd courser in your 30s. If you have enough money try to get training or if wala choose a tertiary hosp where you can be a volunteer. Kahit 100 bed capacity lang kung wala kahit smaller basta general hosp. 6 months lang naman gusto ng agency. Para lang may confidence tayo pero in truth iba naman set up sa US. Sapat na yung 6 months sabi ng friend ko. Wala naman shortage ng nurses dito kundi shortage ng hospitals!!
