HELP! - License Validation from California

I checked the status of my order in CGFNS website and they already received the validation from California but it was rejected. The reason was LICENSE VALIDATION FORM


Your license has been received and rejected for the following reasons: We do not have a registration/license number. We do not have a date originally issued.

I already emailed the CA BON regarding this matter.. Anyone of you had the same experience?? I would really appreciate your reply. Thank you.
