hi kerny! How did you know that your application has been approved? In my case kase, the eligibility (w/c I supposed it is the approval) and the white envelope is mailed at the same time. If your application has been approved already, your name will appear on their website and you can see the note there, that it will take 3-4 months before you can sit for the exam. Basta if your name is already posted there, try to call them na lang para mas madali, just tell them na wala ka na receive na white card. Yun kc ginawa nung isang friend ko eh, kc wala talaga syang na received na eligibility and white card, pero nakita nya name nya sa website. Saan ka nga pala naka based? I already took my NCLEX last aug.03, and luckily I passed. This forum helped me passed the NCLEX and syempre lots of prayers, dami kasing tutulong sayo d2 pag me mga questions ka. Basta feel free to ask questions lang, maraming sasagot sayo d2. Goodluck!
