Better pay the Visascreen before mag expire ang IELTS result mo kaysa mag retake ka pa ng English exam. As long as nakapasok ang IELTS results mo sa Visascreen file mo together with the other requirements sa CGFNS except for a PASSED CGFNS or NCLEX results, do not worry sa expiration ng IELTS result mo, just remember you have a 1 year timeframe to complete the CGFNS or NCLEX exam or else babayad ka ng additional fee ng CGFNS to prolong yung shelflife nung documents at exam mo(IELTS) for issuance nung certificate.
