i guess your nclex pass result must reach cg with enough time for the final review and issuance of visascreen certificate before the ielts expiry date. and it seems that mere application won't preserve the ielts score.

an alternative is to start to prepare for ielts again just in case...

but, i think you still have enough time. ca brn can send the nclex pass results to cgfns in 1 to 2 weeks time upon receiving your request and fee. include a letter of urgent request, it might work.
