VISASCREEN QUESTION

guys ask ko lang kasi nag apply ako for visascreen certificate. I'm licensed sa Vermont. But my employer is based in another state. Do I need to have my license endorsed first to the state where I'll be working? Kasi CGNFNS requires a validation of all the licenses that u have.
