means your california verifcation license was waived because it has not SSN yet, and your NCLEX--they are still waiting fro your result, did you pay the 60$ and a request letter to CA BRN to forward your passed letter( the one you receieved) CA NCLEX result to ICHP? that is what your status should be ---NCLEX--PASSED...
if you did pay 60$ already, just wait for 1-2 weeks for the status to change..gudluck..
