You also need to verify your Phils' RN License in PRC (P197.00). Nope, you do not need to endorse your current state license to your employer's state. All you have to do is to request a dollar draft (I think that's $20.00) for the verification of your US LIcense (Vermont) to ICHP, then once they received that, give them 1-2 weeks to review your documents. :) good luck on your application.
