breakfast-1. bowl of oatmeal with sliced of banana or nilagang saging na saba.soy coffe or soy milk mura lang din sa manila sanitarium may mabibili. 2. 2 slices whole wheat sandwich ( mura naman ang whole wheat bread same lang sa white bread)with palaman na peanut butter or scramble egg and 1 piece of dalandan, papaya, rambutan or suha.
lunch- gulay na munggo with pritong tinapa. tinola with malunggay. avocado. fried tufo, and unpolished rice.
snacks- slice singkamas or yakun, bayabas, nilagang mani or a glass of kalamsi juice.
