i just want to share the food that i eat before i took all my exams and praised the Lord, i passed all of them.here's my lists:

when i took the june 2006 board exam my breakfast includes:

1. potatoes with carrots(broiled) plus broccoli and fried chicken plus water..kinain ko yan 2 hours before my exam para hindi ako busog masyado-yan ang nagsilbing kanin ko at ulam.kasi pag maraming rice masyadong heavy.dapat mga 1 cup of rice lang kasi pag masyadong heavy ang kinain mo, your stomach will need more enery para idigest ang mga kinain mo so imbes na yung mga oxygen at mga cells ay nakafocus sa brain mo, sa stomach nakafocus kaya dapat light meal lang...(rationale ko lang to)hehehe..nung lunch naman nagbaon ako ng rice and hotdog plus kangkong na nilaga..kasi inbetween exams pag break, dun me lalong nagutom.

2. when i took my cgfns exam

-since medyo anxious talaga ako the night before the exam, i wasnt able to eat all my breakfast.pero my breakfast includes rice+borcolli+chopseuy and 3-4 glasses of water..kinain ko yan 2 hours before akong pumunta sa exam center para pagdating ko dun , digested na mga kinain ko plus nakawee wee na ko ng hutso..hehehe


3. when i took my retake exam(exam 3 and 5)
-same lang like my local board.i ate potatoes with carrots (broiled) and ham..kasi half day lng naman yung exam so medyo light lang..

4. when i took my nclex at hongkong
-e since i checked in sa hotel, no choice ako but to order whatever meal that is available but i ordered the food that i ate before..kasi dapat pag asa ibang bansa ka(hongkong kasi ako), before exam, lasahan mo na ang mga food para before the exam alam mo na yung food na gusto mong kainin at hiyang na food for you.kaya yung kinain ko peking duck with rice plus veggie.tapos mga 500ml na water..kasi lagi ko tlagang dinadamihang uminom ng water 2 hours before the exam and i make sure na iiihi ko na rin yun.

yun lang share ko senyo..basta what's important is you eat your breakfast and never ever skip.eat lots of veggies and carbohydrates and water.don't eat foods na hindi nyo pa nakakain before.with good preparation, am sure magiging sucessful kayo.good luck and God bless!
