Hey guys! sounds different but i'll go for # 2.. yes there's a productive cough but it s not stated in the question that there's an airway obstruction.. yes productive cough can obstruct airway but it must be stated.. don't overanalys.. coz u'l end up adding stories or infos that should'nt be in the question.. just stick to what is being asked or stated.. guys its not about ABC's it all about STABLE VS UNSTABE.. 3-6 PVC in a minute is a life threatening condition and must be attended first.. remember frequent PVC's is the most dangerous complication of MI and #1 cause of death 24 hours post MI..
