Correction! as a candidate, we should be aware and understand that the disclosure of ANY examination materials including the nature or CONTENT of examination items, before, during or after the examination is a violation of law.. we all agreed to this contract wheter we like it or not.. it is based on the nclex confidentiality rulings and it is included in the NCLEX appointment confirmation sent by pearson.com..
a violation of this type can result in a civil liability and/ or disciplinary actions by the licensing agency including the denial of licensure.
I don't want mommy's lisence to be denied incase she passed because of disclosing the content of her exam..
to all who do not know, please be aware of this contract
i understand mommy's situation coz i've been there not long ago but i think there are other ways to alleviate anxiety aside from posting questions here.. ur right! having somebody at you side can relief stress and anxieties but again, posting questions is not the right way.. instead let us all pray that mommy will pass the exam..
we all have to protect the integrity of the nclex-rn exam here in the philippines for the sake of other future filipino nclex-rn candidates.. if the ncsbn/pearson will find out that here in the philippines, we divuldge the content of the exam, they will surely banned the philippines being a test site for nclex examination..
