sa pagkakaalam ko, in the case of my wife, hindi ni-require nun employer nya ang working experience, direct hiring din sya, but she advise na pumasok or magwork habang naghihintay na makuha yun visa nya, but the good thing nai file ng employer nya yun petition kahit hindi pa sya currently working...so right now ngayon palang sya work to get experience...so depende siguro sa employer or agency na papasukan mo, kasi the employer inform us na may training pa sya dun(with pay) i think mga 3months po...si good luck po..
