my answer is #1 erythema near or on the suture can be a sign of bleeding. coughing is a reflex when something is blocking in you airway. MI 3 days ago is stable w/ only 1 PVC, this can be preventable to further complication w/ emergency drugs. Good Luck on your exam!!!! God bless and have faith!!!
