Please visit the dmv.gov.ca and you will get all the info that you need. If you have a temporary license in the Phils. it doesn't matter because they will still ask you for your immigrant visa and the original SSN card before you will be given a temporary license if that is the case. But before you can drive, you must present all the requirments to the dmv and you will be given a temporary license.
