depende po, ung employer namin which is direct hiring can work on your petition na wala ka pang experience like my friends' case,pero syempre while waiting for your visa you should at least get an experience, baon natin un pag dumating tayo dun although we still have trainings there but it is different when you have one here right? :).Goodluck
