Hello po, tanong lang sana. I am an NCLEX-Cali passer.
1.) If I apply for Licensure by Endorsement to Vermont or any other state, ma invalidate ba yung license ko sa California? La pa ako SSN and i still have 2 years before the 3-year expiration happens. I don't want to lose my Cali license/letter of passing the exam kasi gusto ko din mag work doon eh.
2.) Pero in case mag 3 years na and I have no other option but to endorse it to Vermont, can I still submit my SSN to California para may license na silang ma i-issue even if may license na ako sa Vermont?
3.) Is it alright to apply for CGFNS CVS even if wala akong CA license and SSN? Can I endorse my license to them without risking/losing my CA letter/license?
4.) Which forms sa NYSED website ang kailangan kong i fi-fill up for licensure by endorsement?
5.) Do I still need the 2 online courses(infection control and child abuse) if I apply for endorsement to NYSED?
