If you are financially capable of paying it, mas maganda. You can apply your Visa screen online Now. and then ask the British council to forward your result to them. Do you have a CGFNS Number/Account? If you don't you can log on and register. It is more easier and faster if done onlijne and then complete then forward by registered mail the documents required.
