Ang ipapadala ba sa CaBRN ay letter lang requesting them to forward result of NCLEX to MIBRN kasama ang $10? May Form ba itong letter na ito na ifi-fill-up na lang or personal nating gawin? How about the Verification of Licensure or Registration in Another State Form from MIBRN, hindi na ba ito ang isent sa CaBRN? Pasensya na ,marami akong tanong.Sayang kasi yung pagpapadala kung mali din ang form na ipapadala. Thank you very much.
