Dba may xerox ka ipakita mo yan sa IDP O sa BRITISH din ask another copy. Impossible naman wAla yung name mo dun sa files nila at my pic naman sayo dun. at sa nclex pwede ka cguro tumawag or request thru email sa kanila and u have to pay sa online. try mo lang yan.God Bless
