i have a TB scar,very small one,no S/S or whatsoever just seen in the CXR. been with this since 2006. with family fortunately wla naman sa knila nahawa.but what worries me now, bka may may renal tb naman ako. last sept, suppose to be magwowork ako locally.may medical - bumagsak ako kasi may microscopic hematuria ako. seen with a consultant sa NKTI so tests done. wlang bacteria, maliit un percentage ng bleeding, KUB utz ok, no blockage, no stones. no pain felt or whatsoever. last month went to uro again for ff up. had high rbc and bacteria count sa UA. prescribed meds, increased fluid intake, low salt diet etc.went back with normal rbc count but moderate bacteria. i will have my test for urine CS and acid fast staining for bacillus (next week) bka nga daw renal tb.
im sharing this - bka meron may ganito situation na wala rin nararamdaman tpos may future apps sa US, prevention na lang ang masasabi ko.
