yes ces is needed sa texas. u have to go back to the basic if endorsing with texas like submitting the application form, fingerprint (which i am not sure), transcript of records, at prc license mo. similar sa pagapply mo sa CA then instead of taking the exam, you instruct CA to forward the copy of test result to texas for $10. same lang ang copy of test result sa candidate report ( dito kasama yun pic mo when you took the exam)
