kc ang CA wala kang license di ba kc u can't provide SSN as of the moment. Hence you have nothing to endorse kc wala kang license for verification therefore ang gagamitin mo yung application form din ng 1st time takers (submitting all the required docs) but instead of taking the nclex exam, you attached your CA NCLEX passing letter and inform them that you have requested the copy of test result/candidate report to be forwarded directly to your chosen BON. lahat applicable yan whether texas, arkansas, new mexico hindi endorsement gagamitin mo kundi yun application form lang din.
